A message dated May 9, 2013, was received stating the Governor read                                                             
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                                                     
     Requesting the United States Secretary of State to attend the                                                              
     Arctic Council ministerial meeting in Kiruna, Sweden, on May 15,
